Some Charlotte residents will be renting all or part of their residence during the upcoming Democratic National Convention (DNC).
Most Homeowners policies are not voided by the temporary occasional rental of the insured residence. However, theft coverage for the insured's property may be limited or excluded while the home is temporarily rented.
We recommend reviewing the Homeowners coverage with your Agent to review any coverage limitations and to ensure home and personal property coverage limits are adequate to replace that property, as well as to help ensure liability coverage are at appropriate limits.
